How does the AI create recipes?

Describe a craving, photograph a dish or list what's in your fridge: SoChef structures a complete recipe — ingredients, quantities, steps, cooking times — and generates a photo of the dish. Every recipe goes through our quality checks before joining the shared catalog.

Are my recipes private?

Yes. Your creations stay private by default. You choose which ones to publish to the catalog, and recipes scanned from a book always stay in your personal library.

How much does it cost?

SoChef is free: library, catalog, planning and shopping list included. Intensive AI features (unlimited scanning, recipe and plan generation) are part of SoChef Premium, priced inside the app.

Which devices does SoChef work on?

SoChef is available on the web from any browser, and as an app on Android and iPhone. Your account and recipes follow you everywhere, in French, Spanish and English.

Can I scan my cookbooks?

Yes, for personal use: the digitized recipe joins your private library. Out of respect for copyright, these recipes are not published to the shared catalog.

How do I delete my account?

From the app (Account → Delete my account) or via the account deletion page. Your personal data is then erased in line with our privacy policy.
